my Story
This club was inspired just before my 14th anniversary as a personal trainer. It emerged during a time when the world was taking extreme precautions due to a perceived health crisis (March of 2020). Meanwhile, issues like excessive weight gain obesity, domestic abuse, substance abuse, anxiety, depression, divorce, meanwhile preexisting conditions were worsening which to this day has revealed new challenges in public health. I remember noticing how overwhelmed the hospital industy were especially since they still had to deal with all other issues and how poorly i saw the massess keep healthy during the lockdowns (as they waited for everythign to open back up) its when I realized the need to implement Provactive and Preventive holistic health approach as a Health Professional
Most importantly, I decided to make it a hybrid model offering both in-person and online services, so that people can adapt and manage these challenges if another pandemic occurs. Although losing two-thirds of my work overnight as a personal trainer was incredibly disruptive, it allowed me to rethink, retool, and reinvent, allowing me to relaunch a refreshed vision beyond just personal training, encompassing in-person and customized remote health solutions & Services.
