Our Philosphy
my mission
“To help people become the healthiest version of themselves by promoting proactive, productive, and personalized health and wellness lifestyles that they can share with their families, communities, and beyond. Through training, education, and collaboration, we aim to foster lifestyles that individuals and groups can be proud of now and for future generations, creating lives and legacies they cherish.”
This club was inspired just before my 14th anniversary as a personal trainer. It emerged during a time when the world was taking extreme precautions due to a perceived health crisis. Meanwhile, issues like excessive weight gain and obesity, domestic abuse, substance abuse, anxiety and depression, divorce, and worsening conditions for those with pre-existing health issues were on the rise. The overwhelmed medical industry struggled to keep up. I realized the need to implement a holistic health approach.
Most importantly, I decided to make it a hybrid model offering both in-person and online services, so that people can adapt and manage these challenges if another pandemic occurs. Although losing two-thirds of my work overnight as a personal trainer was incredibly disruptive, it allowed me to rethink, retool, and reinvent, allowing me to prelaunch a refreshed vision beyond just personal training, encompassing in-person and remote health solutions.

Additionally, I’ve identified four basic categories of health, understanding that an imbalance in any of these areas can directly or indirectly impact your well-being:
Physical health
Nutritional health
Healthy relationships, finances, associations, environment, etc.
A balanced integration of mind, body, spirit, and soul
I’ve also identified four core principles of health that are essential to understand and apply:dolorum quidem ipsam eligendi, totam, facilis laudantium cum accusamus ullam voluptatibus commodi numquam, error, est. Ea, consequatur.
This means expanding our knowledge of healthy living based on informed decisions and, most importantly, the true definition of “science.” Science is not merely a “scientific consensus,” which can be influenced by feelings, marketing, or other factors. Science, in its purest form, is defined as:
Effects can be seen directly or validated through reliable tools; it is noticeable and discernible.
