I have been training with Lamar Brown twice a week since November 2016. As a senior, Lamar took great care to emphasize agility and flexibility extensively. Initially, he advised me on nutrition, hydration, and portion control. Since June, I have been on a portion-controlled commercial diet and have lost 42 lbs (so far!).
