Lamar knows his stuff. He has us do full body workouts and exercises that I've never done before that are challenging but effective. He has a great attitude, is funny and overall a good guy and I always look forward to going to his classes! - 12/10/2019

My time working out under the guidance of Lamar has been second to none. Each workout is unique and tailored to achieve my personal goals in the most effective/efficient manner possible. This includes him updating the training and specific body parts being worked on based on the feedback Lamar requests during the workout. I have been training twice a week with Lamar Brown since November of 2016. Being a senior, Lamar took great care to extensively emphasize agility and flexibility. From the beginning he advised me on nutrition, hydration and portion control. Since June I have been on a portion controlled commercial diet and have lost 42 lbs (so far!). I’m not a “body builder” by any means and don’t want to be. However, I am stronger overall now than I have been in decades and I feel great! I honestly believe that working with Lamar has extended my lifespan
