Truly grateful to have met Lamar. His proven methods and tailored programs have changed my life without question! I started training with Lamar one year ago with chronic back and shoulder pain and very low expectations. One year later, not only am I healed with zero pain but I truly feel I am in the best shape of my life at 44 yrs old. Stronger than my twenties as well.
